BUSAN GRILL

The grill sits in the middle of your table. Charcoal-fired meat, banchan to share and Seoul street-market vibes.

How this works

You order. You grill. You rule.

Every table has its own charcoal grill. We bring you the raw meat, marinated in-house, and you cook it your way while you snack on banchan: kimchi, japchae and whatever else lands.

No white tablecloths, no ceremony: smoke, fire, laughter and hands on the table. Just like any back alley in Seoul.

The griller's handbook

01

Order the meat

Bulgogi, galbi, samgyeopsal… pick from the menu and we bring it right over with its sauces and banchan.

02

Grill at your pace

The grill is on your table. Flip it, sear it, take it to your liking. We swap the charcoal whenever it's needed.

03

Wrap it and enjoy

Lettuce leaf, meat, ssamjang, one bite. That's how Korea eats: with your hands and in no hurry.

The place

A Seoul market in Alcalá de Henares.

Glowing lightboxes, green tiles, colourful chairs and retro posters from 1980s Seoul. Bring the whole crew: this is about sharing.
