What data do we collect?

When you book a table through this site we only collect the data needed to manage your visit:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Date, time and party size of your reservation
• Any comments you choose to include (optional)

What do we use your data for?

We process your data exclusively to record, manage and confirm your reservation, and to contact you if anything changes or needs clarifying. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use it for advertising and we do not build profiles with it.

Transfers and processors

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To run reservations we rely on technology providers acting as data processors on behalf of the business: the unonly reservations platform and its cloud infrastructure (Supabase and Vercel). These providers only process the data to deliver the service, under security measures, and do not use it for their own purposes.

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand — by writing to us by post at the address given at the top of this notice with the subject line “Personal data”, stating your name and the right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month at the latest. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Retention and security

We keep your reservation data only for as long as needed to manage it and handle any follow-up questions, and we protect it with administrative and technical security measures: restricted access, encryption in transit and database access controls.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary technical mechanisms may be used, such as anti-bot verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) when submitting the reservation form.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date.
